God has called men to the primary place of responsibility in the home, church, and society. But the world has put this under attack: In the East, the world's model of manhood is based on the love of Machiavellian power. In the West, men have been emasculated. Christian men must learn "the full stature of the manhood of Christ": caring; pious; affectionate; being ready to apologize, confess and repent; faithful; and ready to lay down their lives for their family, wives, children, and country. They must put before the world an example of passionate and committed love for their wives, and an approach to their work which glorifies God and provides for their own and for others.
